The mission of Link Generations is to connect students with older adults and give everyone a chance to talk to each other and learn about each other’s different perspectives. Social isolation is a health risk problem for older adults (and for everyone!), especially during this time. This series of conversations focuses on “Music Through the Ages.” During these sessions, you will be talking to older adults and getting to know them better! You are welcome to join as many of the sessions as you can, as long as you are willing to turn on your camera and speak clearly. Older adults often have trouble hearing, so seeing each other is important to facilitate communication. Hope to see you there!

In the world of quarantine that seems never ending, maintaining mental health is the key to success! Whether you’re stressed about school, a job, home life, or something else entirely, this get-together is for you. Join us for what is effectively a “show and tell” event—bring some advice and share it with the rest of us.
Not convinced “show and tell” is for you? No worries, you don’t have to share! You can simply RSVP and attend to hear the words of wisdom (and tales of hamster outfits) from your peers.
TLDR: Join us to swap quarantine tips and to get advice from a professional in stress management! RSVP here, and feel free to share (or not share) during the call.
