ALD is partnering up with OpenBarre to provide everyone with a free Barre class! The class will be a low impact, full body workout for one hour. It will combine barre work and ab work to lengthen muscles and strengthen the core, building your strength and flexibility! You just need to prepare your mat or beach towel, and hop onto zoom. Additionally, you should have something to hold on to for balance such as a wall, countertop or chair (light weights are optional). See you all there!
